What we collect
We collect your email address, assessment answers, calculated profile and scores, account activity needed to save your progress, and payment status. If you take a test before entering an email, Supabase creates a temporary anonymous account; a short-lived, hashed claim token is used to attach that result to the email account you verify. Stripe processes card or other payment details; Selftiato does not store your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to provide your private account, save your assessment, show your report, process purchases, send essential account or purchase emails, and improve the reliability of the service.
Service providers
We use Supabase for account and data storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Each provider processes information only as needed to provide its service.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing info@selftiato.com. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
Security
We use access controls designed to keep assessment records private to the account that created them. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please keep your email account secure and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
